【中文摘要】基于口腔專科醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)需要,在口腔醫(yī)院信息管理系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)一種適合正畸專科的電子病歷管理系統(tǒng),以解決常規(guī)紙質(zhì)病歷使用之不便,實(shí)現(xiàn)口腔正畸病歷的信息化管理。在新一代口腔�？漆t(yī)院信息化管理系統(tǒng)上,采用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù),基于Windows 2000/XP平臺,應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)(html,XML)、C#語言、oracle9i數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)及IC卡技術(shù),構(gòu)建正畸電子病歷功能模塊和網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行構(gòu)架,建立電子病歷的安全機(jī)制、管理機(jī)制,開發(fā)出面向正畸臨床的網(wǎng)絡(luò)電子病歷管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)可以將正畸臨床基本信息(一般情況、病史、臨床檢查、模型)及X線檢查、診斷及治療過程等內(nèi)容完整、準(zhǔn)確、方便地進(jìn)行信息化管理。經(jīng)過初步臨床應(yīng)用檢驗(yàn),該系統(tǒng)具有快捷、準(zhǔn)確、全面的查詢、編輯、存貯、統(tǒng)計(jì)等管理功能,為口腔正畸臨床醫(yī)師和醫(yī)療管理者提供了一種高度信息化的正畸病案資料管理模式,提高口腔正畸專科臨床醫(yī)療質(zhì)量控制手段和管理效率。(來源:AB8df7C論文網(wǎng)www.abclunwen.com)鑒于該系統(tǒng)人機(jī)界面直觀、友好,查詢快捷、方便,結(jié)構(gòu)開放、易于擴(kuò)充等特點(diǎn),特別是其具有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的對外接口(HIS、PACS、LIS、病案統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng))兼容性強(qiáng),為正畸病案資料信息化管理提供了可靠、有效的信息化操作平臺,能夠滿足現(xiàn)有正畸臨床大部分需要。同時(shí),該系統(tǒng)還集病歷管理、多媒體教學(xué)、正畸宣教等多項(xiàng)輔助功能,為正畸臨床、教學(xué)、科研提供了良好的信息化手段,值得在正畸病案信息化管理中應(yīng)用并推廣。(來源:b9ABC論文網(wǎng)www.abclunwen.com)
【英文摘要】 With the requirement of construction of information in the hospitals of stomatology and on the basis of stomatological hospital informationized-management system, the development of the orthodontic network-based medical record system is needed to solve the problem of the inconvenience of routine dental paper records and realize a orthodontic patients data system which is well-managed by computer.On the basis of the new informationized managed system, leaders adopt patient-oriented technology. And also on the basis of Windows2000/XP operation system, application of network technology of html and xml, C # language, Oracle9i database system and IC technology, authorities establish function module of computerized medical record for orthodontics and framework of network implementation as well as the establishment of security system and management system of computerized medical record in order to develop the management system for clinical-oriented network computerized medical record.The clinical orthodontics fundamental information, including the general information, medical history, and clinical examination model and X-ray analysis, diagnosis and treatment plan et al, can be managed completely, correctly and conveniently by the computer through this system. Through the initial clinical application and examinations, the system has the managed functions of fast speed, accuracy, thorough-check, editing, saving and collecting statistics and so on. And the function offers a kind of highly-informationized package of orthodontists managed mode for the clinical dentists and leaders in the hospitals so as to improve the quality control means and management efficiency of orthodontics.Due to the advantage of direct-viewing user, friendly, easy-searching, convenient, open structure, easy-expanding, especially with the certain collection with equipment like USB which is easy to match, such as HIS,PACS,LIS,TMRS and strong compatibility, it can provide the reliable and efficient operative platform for the informationized-management of orthodontics and can satisfy most of the current clinical needs for the patients, Meanwhile, this system holds the auxiliary functions of medical record management, multi-media teaching, lecturing of orthodontics and so on and provides proper informationized means for the clinical orthodontics, teaching as well as the science researching. Therefore, we highly recommend the application and promotion in the informationized-management for the orthodontics.
